Our approach

We treat accessibility as continuing work rather than a one time project. We review the site on an ongoing basis, and we act both on the issues we find ourselves and on the ones visitors report to us.

Known limitations

Some features on our site are provided by third parties, including our live chat widget and our payment providers. We do not control the code inside those components, though we continue to raise accessibility issues with those vendors.
