Caring for Your Leather
Leather is a beautiful, durable material when cared for properly. Our bonded leather is best cared for through normal handling. Your hands provide the natural oils that nourish most leather. Our bonded leather is tanned specifically with special oils that replace the need to apply any creams or waxes. For normal dirt and spills, use a soft washcloth dampened with lukewarm water and some sort of mild detergent. Once clean, dry your leather with a clean towel. Do not use alcohol, cleaning solvents, oils, varnishes, or polishes. Avoid extreme temperatures.

Their journals have maintained the same quality all the way up to my last purchase in 2021. The paper is thick, meaning you can use any ink and it won't bleed through. It's actual leather bound. These are some of the nicest journals on the market and a great value for what you pay. I love their planners, too!

Inferior to their leather version, way too expensive (price increased 70% in 5yrs) 1 people found this helpfulI love these notebooks because of their size and more importantly, the tiny little lines they have. No other notebook (not even moleskine) has the same size/ruling combo. Issue now is that they're insanely expensive, it hurts to buy them. I used to buy them here on Amazon for $14 (2016), which I thought was pricey, but $23 is insane for a notebook this size. These fake leather ones are vastly inferior to their leather counterparts, because the faux leather has a tendency to crack off at the edges, leaving the book raggedy and sharp. They also don't bend as well as the leather ones; they snap at the bindings when you try to fold them over. The current price difference between the fake and real leather is only $2, so if you can afford to spend over $20 on a tiny ass notebook, definitely buy the leather one at $25 instead of this crappy fake leather one at $23.
