Texture and Finish
Acadia - Smooth, slightly glossy finish
With a subtle glazed-like, smooth grain, our Acadia bonded leather has a great feel with a slightly glossy finish.
Camden - Slightly textured, matte finish
With a more pronounced and deeper texture, our Camden bonded leather has a great look and feel with a matte finish.
Freeport - Smooth, matte finish
A more subdued leather, our Freeport bonded leather sports a long-grain mixed with pockets of a shorter more natural grain. Its matte finish enhances a smooth and muted texture that feels wonderful to the touch.
Caribbean - Slightly textured, matte finish
Our Caribbean grain is a lightly textured bonded leather available in a variety of vibrant hues.
Floral - Highly textured, matte finish
Our Floral grain is a unique, highly textured, embossed bonded leather that comes in a swirling, botanical pattern. Black stamping is standard to complete the bold look. Personalization is not available on this grain, but we think you'll love it on its own.
Freeport Metallic - Elegant, smooth, sparkling finish
Our Freeport Metallic leather replaces our simulated leather metallics with expanded colors. Like regular Freeport, it has a long-grain mixed with pockets of a shorter more natural grain and its matte finish enhances a smooth and muted texture that feels wonderful to the touch.
Monhegan - Soft, slightly textured finish
A full-grain leather option that makes every cover unique, displaying the inherent variations of each hide. Monhegan has a natural, luxurious, and plush feel.
Tremont - Soft, slightly textured finish
A full-grain leather option that achieves the look of goatskin. The goat grain is both clearly visible and consistent. Tremont has a soft, thick, and supple feel.

Interior Planner Features
Our book interiors are published and bound in the USA and printed in Korea. Pages are smooth, acid-free, and smythe sewn into a durable block. They contain notes and reference sections, with time zones, area codes, and other valuable information. The interiors also feature a lay-flat design with smoothly turning pages that make using your planner easier. Our book interiors also include a handy satin-ribbon bookmark so you’ll never lose your place.
Gilding
Our standard planners sport gold-gilded book blocks that are carefully combined with our outstanding bonded and synthetic leathers. Our gilding, while wonderfully decorative has a specific purpose, first as a shining stylish touch that accents any of our leathers, and second as a protective coating that saves the edges of every page, allowing your planner to be protected throughout its use.
Caring for Your Leather
Leather is a beautiful, durable material when cared for properly. Both our bonded leathers and full-grain leathers are best cared for through normal handling. Your hands provide the natural oils that nourish most leather. Our bonded and full-grain leathers are tanned specifically with special oils that replace the need to apply any creams or waxes. For normal dirt and spills, use a soft washcloth dampened with lukewarm water and some sort of mild detergent. Once clean, dry your leather with a clean towel. Do not use alcohol, cleaning solvents, oils, varnishes, or polishes. Avoid extreme temperatures.

Love it - alllmost perfect 1 people found this helpfulI first bought this planner in 2013 and have been buying it ever since. It took me through undergrad and now into adult life as a mother of four. This planner is great for students in high school or college students. Also great for families. It’s beautifully bound in real leather and creates a beautiful collection on your shelf year after year. Great gift. I love that It has the ribbon to keep your spot for each day. It does a pretty good job of lying flat when opened. I just noticed the option to buy a pen or pencil holder that you can stick onto the planner and I’m going to get one of those so that I can always have a pen with me. I used to buy it at Barnes & Noble but they stopped carrying it at the end of 2023 and I had to find a new planner for 2024 and ‘25. I was so happy to check the website today and find them again. I have bought this planner ten years in a row. The things I love most are that it has all of the hours set out and also lets you see the entire week at a glance. Some planners only let you see a couple days at a time or they will let you see the entire week, but they don’t have all of the hours printed out. I love the to do list at the bottom of each day. A couple of suggestions would be to have the hours go till seven or 8 PM and also to have a month at a glance page. Could take out some of the list and note pages at the back. I usually only use about half of those. The other thing is that since I buy this planner every year, I really don’t need it to be from August of one year to December of the next. It ends up wasting a few months worth of pages because when I start the new planner up again, I start in January. A one year option would be great or if it starts at the academic year then end at the academic year. That’s a tough one though. Mostly that suggestion is for diehards who continue to buy the planner every year and hate to waste the space and pages. Overall I have recommended this planner hundreds of times - whenever people see it They are so impressed with it, and I will continue to buy it as long as they make it!

Never drop this product 0 people found this helpfulI love this planner - I've used it for years. My brain is trained to function with this specific visual, so please don't discontinue. I normally purchase at Barnes and Noble, but they didn't have it this year. So buying direct!

great, but suggestions 2 people found this helpfulalmost perfect. just include the pockets. I really miss the gold edging of the other planner, please just make it an option! I also, would love a month at a glance and maps. it pretty much is just the school year and times printed, is why I have to get this one.

Fabulous! 3 people found this helpfulI am currently using the Family Planner and have done so the last maybe five years. Prior to that, I used a couple of your other formats. This is my favorite and it would be nice to have the month at a glance and some of the colored maps. Maybe omit a few of the lists pages and note pages. Your product is the best. Also, it doesn’t appear the edges have the silver edging. That was the finishing touch to give it an amazing look!
