Whichever method you choose, you will reach service representatives whose offices are just a short walk from our production floor. They know our products, how they are put together and in most cases have experience crafting the products themselves. They can answer your questions, take your order and assist you in deciding the best available shipping options.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:
The packing slip in the package you received from us will contain detailed instructions for returning an item. Here are the steps for making a return:
Refer to the packing slip for specific return information.
Pack the items to be returned in the original shipping box whenever possible. Include a copy of the packing list which includes your order number, billing name and address.
All products returned must be unused and undamaged, again, in original boxes and with all or any accessories that may have come with the item.
The return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept COD deliveries.
For your protection we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return.

Keep a record of the Return Tracking Number and expect a refund or replacement within 30 days of Gallery Leather receiving your returned product. If the return was a result of manufacturer defect or order processing error we will refund the full return shipping costs.
