Community Fundraising Program - Apply Today

Is your non-profit organization looking for a fundraiser that is simple and effective? One that doesn't require a lot of volunteers to succeed? Gallery Leather’s Community Fundraising Program may be the perfect fit for you!

Our Community Fundraising Program is open to non-profit organizations including schools, churches, alumni associations, and other programs deemed eligible. To participate, a non-profit organization can apply by completing our short application.

Once your application is approved, we will email a code for participants to enter on our website upon checkout. This code is unique to your organization and will enable us to track the progress of your fundraiser. Once you receive this welcome email with the code, you’ll have everything you need to announce the promotion when it begins. We ask that your fundraising period last a minimum of 1 week to a maximum of 3 weeks.

To participate, please plan ahead and allow yourself 30 days to set a communication strategy and get everything set up so that you can be ready to announce the start of your fundraiser to your supporters on day one. You will also want to send reminders throughout your fundraising period.

At the end of the fundraising period, Gallery Leather will generate a report showing all sales with the code entered and email that report to the organizer of the fundraiser. Please allow 45 days for the report to be generated to allow us to accommodate any returns within our 30-day return period. We will then mail your organization a check for 25% of the amount of Product Sales. Product Sales is the amount paid for products and any personalization. It does not include the sales tax or additional shipping charges, if incurred (expedited, international, etc.). All community fundraising orders will receive free U.S. domestic ground shipping.
