Caring for Your Leather
Leather is a beautiful, durable material when cared for properly. Our bonded leather is best cared for through normal handling. Your hands provide the natural oils that nourish most leather. Our bonded leather is tanned specifically with special oils that replace the need to apply any creams or waxes. For normal dirt and spills, use a soft washcloth dampened with lukewarm water and some sort of mild detergent. Once clean, dry your leather with a clean towel. Do not use alcohol, cleaning solvents, oils, varnishes, or polishes. Avoid extreme temperatures.

No longer real leather? 2 people found this helpfulI have had several of these and wish I could order a soft brown leather for my granddaughter. I would recommend the real leather 7 x 5" if they become available. Have been using for years!

Been using for years. Sad they no longer offer black. 3 people found this helpfulI've been using this journal (previously named Cervo) for at least 12 years. It's a great journal with thick pages that handle ink well without bleeding. However, 4 stars because now that they've renamed it, they apparently don't offer it in black anymore? Not a fan. I'm no longer a 14 year old girl (who would have loved the color options); I'd like a black journal please.
