Not the usual wire and paper. Our planners are bound in attractive and durable bonded or simulated leather covers. Each book block is printed on acid-free paper, hand-sewn, and glued with a cloth-reinforced spine.
Accidents happen! Drop our planner from your bike or through the stadium seats, and it will survive intact, with a bruise or two for character, but intact.
Weekly format dated pages alternate with ruled journal pages to capture all the details of the day. Month at a glance section, weekly section, reference sections, and world maps included. Personalization available.

Texture and Finish
Acadia - Smooth, slightly glossy finish
With a subtle glazed-like, smooth grain, our Acadia bonded leather has a great feel with a slightly glossy finish.
Camden - Slightly textured, matte finish
With a more pronounced and deeper texture, our Camden bonded leather has a great look and feel with a matte finish.
Freeport - Smooth, matte finish
A more subdued leather, our Freeport bonded leather sports a long-grain mixed with pockets of a shorter more natural grain. Its matte finish enhances a smooth and muted texture that feels wonderful to the touch.
Caribbean - Slightly textured, matte finish
Our Caribbean grain is a lightly textured bonded leather available in a variety of vibrant hues.
Floral - Highly textured, matte finish
Our Floral grain is a unique, highly textured, embossed bonded leather that comes in a swirling, botanical pattern. Black stamping is standard to complete the bold look. Personalization is not available on this grain, but we think you'll love it on its own.
Freeport Metallic - Elegant, smooth, sparkling finish
Our Freeport Metallic leather replaces our simulated leather metallics with expanded colors. Like regular Freeport, it has a long-grain mixed with pockets of a shorter more natural grain and its matte finish enhances a smooth and muted texture that feels wonderful to the touch.
Monhegan - Soft, slightly textured finish
A full-grain leather option that makes every cover unique, displaying the inherent variations of each hide. Monhegan has a natural, luxurious, and plush feel.
Tremont - Soft, slightly textured finish
A full-grain leather option that achieves the look of goatskin. The goat grain is both clearly visible and consistent. Tremont has a soft, thick, and supple feel.
Personalization
Personalizing your purchase is a great way to add that extra touch to make any item your own. Personalizing your planner can help you build an attachment to it. Interior Planner Features
Our book interiors are published and bound in the USA and printed in Korea. Pages are smooth, acid-free, and smythe sewn into a durable block. They contain notes and reference sections, with time zones, area codes, and other valuable information. The interiors also feature a lay-flat design with smoothly turning pages that make using your planner easier. Our book interiors also include a handy satin-ribbon bookmark so you’ll never lose your place.
Gilding
Our standard planners sport gold-gilded book blocks that are carefully combined with our outstanding bonded and synthetic leathers. Our gilding, while wonderfully decorative has a specific purpose, first as a shining stylish touch that accents any of our leathers, and second as a protective coating that saves the edges of every page, allowing your planner to be protected throughout its use.
Caring for Your Leather
Leather is a beautiful, durable material when cared for properly. Both our bonded leathers and full-grain leathers are best cared for through normal handling. Your hands provide the natural oils that nourish most leather. Our bonded and full-grain leathers are tanned specifically with special oils that replace the need to apply any creams or waxes. For normal dirt and spills, use a soft washcloth dampened with lukewarm water and some sort of mild detergent. Once clean, dry your leather with a clean towel. Do not use alcohol, cleaning solvents, oils, varnishes, or polishes. Avoid extreme temperatures.

Feedback 1 people found this helpfulI do love the planner but it is very frustrating with the 6 months that are not used. If you are going to keep that feature please at least make the six month forward instead of backward, otherwise I would have given it a 5*

Love it! 0 people found this helpfulI ordered this planner last year and loved it! The left-hand side is perfect for appointments/deadlines, and the right is great for weekly goals, personal to-do lists and more! I really want this layout again, but as a sustainably minded shopper, I have a hard time justifying the 6 months of wasted paper that I'll get with the academic format. I wish this layout existed for professionals who only need the calendar year! :)

LOVE IT! WORTH THE PRICE! 0 people found this helpfulI am reordering the Academic Leather Planner. I ordered one in February of last year and have LOVE IT! First, the quality of the paper is wonderful. Secondly the layout works perfectly for me. I especially like the week on the left and the notes section on the right for my To Do Lists. Whether they are daily or weekly. It goes on my desk, and back into my bag to go home at night and will often be taken out again. It has withstood being crammed into my bag with all my files and random things and still looks amazing. The first time I ordered the simulated leather in key lime. Now I'm ordering the bonded leather and am really looking forward to it and will put my name on this one. Thank you for making such a wonderful planner!

Just skip the "academic" issue and make the same planner that just starts in January. I like the month only format (hate weekly pages).

Great planner but you end up wasting 6 months each time 2 people found this helpfulI've used numerous planners for the past 25 years, and I love this planner. Plenty of space to write weekly appts, and lists and notes on the opposite page. Gives you a monthly overview as well. Sturdy and the pages are thick so ink does not bleed through. Only drawback: the 1 and 1/2 year planner causes you to waste 1/2 year... when you buy a new one, it always includes the previous 6 months. Please keep the planner the same but only for one year!! Otherwise I would rate it a 5.
