Texture and Finish
Acadia - Smooth, slightly glossy finish
With a subtle glazed-like, smooth grain, our Acadia bonded leather has a great feel with a slightly glossy finish.
Freeport - Smooth, matte finish
A more subdued leather, our Freeport bonded leather sports a long-grain mixed with pockets of a shorter more natural grain. Its matte finish enhances a smooth and muted texture that feels wonderful to the touch.
Floral - Highly textured, matte finish
Our Floral grain is a unique, highly textured, embossed bonded leather that comes in a swirling, botanical pattern. Black stamping is standard to complete the bold look. Personalization is not available on this grain, but we think you'll love it on its own.
Personalization
Personalizing your purchase is a great way to add that extra touch to make any item your own. Personalizing your album can help you to create a theme and enhance the memories you’ll be preserving in it. Gallery Leather offers several different color and text options that fit any style. By including the recipient’s initials or adding a message to an album, you create a meaningful gift that will be cherished for years to come.
Title Labels
Custom title labels are great for allowing added personalization or titles to our photo albums. They are designed to fit perfectly between any of the hubs on your Gallery Leather album's spine. Each label comes with a strong adhesive backing that will ensure the label stays put when applied securely to the spine. These labels are available for purchase through Gallery Leather in bonded leather to match your album’s material.
Photo Notes
The included Photo Note inserts are perfect for recording photo details. Write down names, dates, or any other important memories from the day the photo was taken. Photo Notes are made to insert in the sleeves of our album’s pocket pages. We offer additional pocket pages and photo notes for purchase to give you the opportunity to tell your story through your photo album.
Ring-Bound for Easy Organizing
Our Ring-Bound photo albums are among our most versatile products. The ring binder makes organizing photos easy and allows you to add more photo pages than what is included in your album purchase. We sell album inserts of all shapes and sizes to meet your photo organization needs best. Best of all, your Gallery Leather photo album is both fashionable and functional with its rounded or hubbed spine.
Caring for Your Leather
Leather is a beautiful, durable material when cared for properly. Our bonded leather is best cared for through normal handling. Your hands provide the natural oils that nourish most leather. Our bonded leather is tanned specifically with special oils that replace the need to apply any creams or waxes. For normal dirt and spills, use a soft washcloth dampened with lukewarm water and some sort of mild detergent. Once clean, dry your leather with a clean towel. Do not use alcohol, cleaning solvents, oils, varnishes, or polishes. Avoid extreme temperatures.
Assembled in Bar Harbor, Maine, USA
Craftsmanship is a way of life in Maine, particularly here on the coast and islands that shape Frenchman’s Bay and serve as the gateway to Acadia National Park. For the past 40 years, Gallery Leather has been part of that rich tradition, handcrafting leather products of exceptional quality. Over the years, we have made leather goods for many of North America's luxury brands, all assembled by hand in Maine and guaranteed to last for generations.

Love the green leather color! 1 people found this helpfulNice leather album. Looks good. Purchased for a gift. The pages in the spiral spine get hung-up sometimes, but a little repositioning gets it back in order.

Utterly beautiful! 1 people found this helpfulMy grandmother keeps chronological photo albums for our family and had run short. I decided to splurge on a really nice one for Christmas and this one is lovely. It's thick, the color is vibrant and it seems to be well made. She said it was the nicest one she's ever had!

Fake 39 people found this helpfulBonded Leather is about 20% leather fibers, and 80% man made materials. Pure junk.
Response from store
Bonded leather is recycled leather fibers. The leather fibers all come from cow hides.
In the tannery where leather is made, cattle hides are brought to a specific thickness by shaving the back side (suede side) of the hide. The fibers shaved off the hide are used to make bonded leather. These waste cowhide fibers generally go to a landfill if not used to make bonded leather.
Our supplier primarily uses natural latex to bond these leather fibers. Natural latex is a renewable resource derived from Heavea trees without harming the trees. The bonded leather is tanned and finished like cowhide genuine leather.
Bonded leather may be called Bonded Leather Fibers or Recycled Leather Fibers. International standards require a minimum of 50% leather fibers to be called bonded leather. The bonded leather we use has a minimum of 75% leather fibers with 25% non-leather substances, including binders, tanning oils, resins, dyes, and pigments.
By using bonded leather, we are recycling (or upcycling) tannery waste fibers. Our supplier recycles between three and five tons of waste leather fibers per day.
We and our customers reduce landfill waste and contribute to sustainability with each bonded leather product used. -
Exactly what I was looking for 0 people found this helpfulIt was surprisingly difficult to find a plain leather album with plain paper pages and photo sleeves that weren't too glossy. It's timeless and simple, which is exactly what I was looking for.
